Shipping Policy

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of final payment.

All orders received after 4:00 PM ET are processed and shipped during the next business day.

Items can only be shipped to physical addresses (no PO Box addresses).​

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to international locations, including those in which insurance is unavailable.

 

Shipping methods:

- Within the United States: FREE insured FedEx ground shipping.

- Outside of the United States: $75 flat rate FedEx international shipping.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days in which the item was received.

We offer a 14-day money back / exchange on all items purchased directly through the online store. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.​

This includes the box, papers, and any other additional accessories. Any signs of wear or damage will not be acceptable. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

 

Only a 14-day exchange (not money-back) policy applies to layaway plan orders. All returned / exchanged items are subject to a 3% restocking fee.​

No refund/exchange will be granted to:

- custom made jewelry orders

- items that show signs of wear or damage

- items that were altered in any way (engraving, sizing, polishing and etc.)

- additional service charges and shipping fees

If this is the case, we will immediately contact you with alternate options.

 

Availability Policy

Most of the items listed on the website are also available in our retail store. Although we do our best to keep our website inventory up to date, it is possible that an item listed as available on the website has already been sold in the store.
