Earlier this summer, my fiancé, Matt, purchased my engagement ring from R&R Jewelers, and we both could not be happier with the experience and outcome. The store owners, brothers Rami and Robert, both played an integral role in bringing Matt's vision for my ring to life.

Matt, who had a very specific and unique design in mind for my ring, was met with patience, professionalism, and overall outstanding service from Rami from the moment he walked through R&R's doors. Rami took his time working with Matt to help him select a gorgeous pear-shaped diamond, and to execute the design for the band that he had in mind (which includes a matte finish, a pattern distributed around it, and a series of small, round-cut diamonds from Matt's late grandmother's engagement ring). Throughout the experience, Matt had the utmost confidence in Rami's expertise and never once felt pressured by him or his staff. They offered the ring to Matt at a great price--and it was appraised for much more than he paid for it.

I had the pleasure of working with Rami and Robert to make a couple of tweaks to the band after Matt and I were engaged. They both were happy to cater to the changes I had in mind, while educating me about the pros and cons of making such alterations. Upon making a minor tweak or two, they were able to make the ring even more beautiful, and I could not be happier with the finished product.

Rami, Robert, and their staff, are professional, experienced, warm, and attentive, and it was a joy for Matt and me to share in the process of creating my ring with them. I continue to be amazed not only by the great deal of care that they put into the piece, but how highly they value their customers and their experiences as well. If you have your heart set on creating a custom piece of jewelry of your dreams, do yourself a favor and pop by R&R Jewelers. Matt and I both look forward to purchasing our wedding bands from them next year.

My fiancé and I recently had her engagement ring custom made by Rami (who we worked closely with) and his brother Robert. Unlike many of the other jewelry stores we'd visited, they were courteous, attentive, did not try to upsell us, and their prices were more than fair - generous, even - for the quality, service, and speed that they delivered!

We described the style of ring that we'd been looking for and not finding elsewhere (a clean and simple solitaire ring with no side stones or stones on the band, a thin, rounded, non-tapering platinum band, a very low setting, and 4 prongs to hold in the family heirloom diamond we brought with us to the store), and in less than 10 minutes we had a design on paper, finger size fitting down to the 1/4 of a measurement, a deposit paid, and it was off for fabrication! Within just a few business days, the diamond was set, the ring was polished, and I had the ring in my hand in a handsome box, with an appraisal certificate.

The ring is EXACTLY what my fiancé wanted, and we will most definitely be back for our wedding bands and other future jewelry purchases! Thanks again, Rami!

We had been shopping online for an engagement ring with a citrine center stone but were terrified of getting a poor quality ring that looked cheap and costume-y. 

I did a google search for a local jeweler who worked with citrine and found R&R. Their website is great and I noted a few settings that I liked and called to let them know that I wanted to see the options with citrine stones. A few hours later I met David who had 6 (!!!!) stone options for me of varying colors. After deciding on the color (a beautiful warm brown) I narrowed my choices down to either round or cushion and then chose a halo setting with David's kind guidance. VOILA, my gorgeous engagement ring was born!

My fiancè and I came back the following day and also chose bands with David while we chatted with Rami and Lisa who are also incredibly helpful and friendly.

Seriously, don't walk up and down 47th looking for a jeweler. You will not find anyone friendlier, more helpful, and reasonable then the folks at R&R.

Thank you again David, Rami, and Lisa for making a very special time in my life even more so with your professionalism and kindness.

I highly recommend R&R. So friendly and professional.  This place is the best in the district ; they really know their stuff. My sister got her engagement ring here and suggested my now fiance and I do the same.  We looked at a few others on the block, R&R by far had the best selection of inventory, quality (even the less expensive stones were all cut brilliantly, and beautiful!), which means they had stones to show for every budget.  Raymi (the other jeweler is his brother, Robert) sold us out diamond and spent a great deal of time with us, coaching us through trends, stats...  I am very Type A, and he answered all of my questions, and assuaged my concerns.  He gave good advice on all the four Cs to help guide us in the right direction; after all this is a huge decision so more information is better!  We were comfortable on all fronts and felt we were getting a fair value. The turnaround for our ring was a little over 2 weeks.

The result?  Phenomenal!  I love, love my ring- it's unique and exactly what I'd envisioned and the craftsmanship is great.  If you're looking for THE ring, you won't go wrong here- they specialize in engagement rings, and apparently watches too.  Plus, they have Sat hours!  I'd recommend making an appointment via email but you can walk in also.

I went to R&R jewelers after visiting over 20 other stores in the diamond district to pick out a stone and a setting for my proposal. David and the gang really helped to find what exactly I was looking for and catered to all my wants/needs. Prices were on point and very competitive with other shops. Inventory was huge. It was a pleasurable experience to be able to speak to professional staff that were knowledgable and actually cared about the customer. After all their help, we finally found the perfect stone and setting and they put it together for me on sight. My fiancé loved the ring and we will be back soon for wedding bands! Love this place and the staff is everything you can hope for in making your special moment perfect!

This was not the first jewelry store my fiancee and I visited. But it was def where we decided to get the engagement ring. Other stores on 47th street either treat the process classlessly, or else they swing in the other direction and behave as tho ur doing THEM a favor by offering ur money.

R and R had a great attitude toward my ring idea. And they gave me their own suggestions, which was helpful, bec I'm not good at this kind of thing. Their price was more than fair.

They did try to increase their sale, and get us to buy more (diamonds, platinum, thicker band). But I guess all the stores do that? They were very kind. The finished product is gorgeous.

Was walking on 47 th street to try to find 
A birthday present for myself something I could not live with out!!!!walked into R&R jeweler  which I never bin so I was very impressed with rami !! was very nice and helpful no pressure 
When the ring came to my home it was not working for me so I call sent back they made it right 
They gave very good customer services !!
I would highly recommend them and will return when I need a jeweler fix !!!!!

Highly highly recommended.

My fiancé and I visited the Diamond District to purchase wedding bands not really knowing what to expect.  The first few shops we stopped by quoted reasonable prices, but since they work with factories in China, we would've had to put in a rush order (we needed them in 3 months) - also the quality seemed a little suspect. 

We eventually made our way to R&R where we were met with great customer service,  and given a turnaround time of 1 week. All of their jewelry is made in-house so you can actually trust what you are purchasing, not to mention their craftsmanship is outstanding. 

We had not initially planned on purchasing our wedding bands that day but Rami and Rachel were great to work with and very fair in pricing.  We felt in no way pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process.  We received our rings a week later and we  want to get married today just so we can wear them. :)

If you looking for a jeweler in the Diamond District, don't waste your time at the other shops. R&R will take care of you!

The 5 stars should speak for itself. Rami is amazing. Kind and Friendly and is attentive to every detail. I got my Fiances ring from R&R and was able to customize to the ring down to every detail to just the way I wanted it. They did this all in the same day!...The store is modern and inviting and all the workers were kind and caring. I highly recommend R&R Jewelers for your Diamond and jewelry needs. I have every intention to return.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here a few months ago and had  amazing things to say about Rami. We went back to purchase our wedding bands. It was the best experience. Everyone was so nice, and very helpful. I love my rings and will go back here for all of my jewelry.

Robert and his staff worked with my family and I to create the perfect engagement ring, and as I'm seeing for other reviews as well, the price was tremendously fair and well below what other jewelry stores would have sold it for.  If you go to R&R, you will get expert advice in a family type setting with amazing selection and obviously  incredibly fair pricing.  After what they were able to do for us, I honestly couldn't recommend them more.  
The ring BTW was a huge hit with my fiancé who loves it.  Not a surprise at all.
